When I was in Melbourne, working part-time at Tim Ho Wan restaurant was an unforgettable experience since it brought many great lessons to me. Initially, I was not qualified at all since the official staff will need a multitasking skill to accomplish all the duties during a working day. In terms of my ability at that time, I was quite shy and clumsy. I even used to unintendedly pour the drinks on a customer's clothes. Working here trained me into a more disciplined person that I could have a better time-management skill and this job also helped me to become more sociable since I needed to communicate with my fellows and customers every day. Besides, it is also a wonderful chance for me to learn more about the restaurant industry's knowledge since I can have an overall understanding of how a restaurant functions and manage its employees. I am so grateful to have such great opportunities to work with these amazing people. Even though I have come back to my home country (Vietnam), I will never forget all the things I learn during that time.
