Since I became vegan, I have learned a lot about food and cooking. Steadily, cooking has become an essential part of my daily life. I find that self-cooking can not only help you eat healthier and tastier, it also makes you relaxed and more enjoying. Every time I go to make a dish, I feel excited and totally involve in the process. You never what magic will come out. To me, vegan eating helps me aware of my body, and it is one of the self-love rituals that supports me through difficult moments. Usually, I cooked and shared with my friends some delicious recipes. Later, they started seeing the benefits of eating vegan and wanting to know more about this. I am so happy that such a little aspect can impact many people around me to have a deeper understanding of vegan.
