In November 2020, I had the opportunity to work at Jolen Consulting company as an account executive intern. At this workplace, I met a lot of supportive and friendly colleagues who always respect and listen to my opinions. Moreover, I also worked directly with Ms. Phuong (Joyce) - The general manager. I really appreciated her patience and encouragement during the training period when she gave me a lot of useful and practical knowledge about social media advertising and event management. Thanks to the great experience I have with Jolen Consulting, I am more skillful and professional on my career path.

What I was responsible for as an account executive intern:

1. Direct assistance to the directors and managers in daily account work and other agency work

2. Provide administrative support to Managers/ Directors

3. Media relations: assist in handling media queries and other media contacting jobs

4. Third party’s quotation request, negotiation & coordination

5. Translate English - Vietnamese documents
